John Carter, the CEO of Free Government Laptop, holds an MBA from Stanford University. With over 20 years of experience in tech and social entrepreneurship, John launched this project to address the digital divide in the United States. His vision is to ensure that every low-income family has access to the digital tools necessary for success in today’s society.
